ด้วยสถาบันส่งเสริมการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี (สสวท.) ได้ให้ความสำคัญต่อ การป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริต เป็นหน่วยงานภาครัฐที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้วยความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต โปร่งใส และมีธรรมาภิบาล ภายใต้หลักการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดี และส่งเสริมให้ผู้บริหารและบุคลากรของ สสวท. ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อย่างมีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม คำนึงถึงประโยชน์ส่วนรวม ไม่กระทำการขัดกันระหว่างประโยชน์ส่วนบุคคลกับประโยชน์ส่วนรวม ไม่ใช้อำนาจในตำแหน่งหน้าที่ในทางมิชอบหรือเอื้อประโยชน์ให้แก่ตนเองหรือผู้อื่น ไม่เพิกเฉยเมื่อพบเห็นการกระทำที่เข้าข่ายเป็นการทุจริตหรือประพฤติมิชอบ และให้ความร่วมมือในการให้ข้อมูล หรือตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริง รวมทั้งต่อต้านการทุจริตในทุกรูปแบบ เพื่อสร้างความเชื่อมั่นและความไว้วางใจจากผู้มีส่วนได้เสียทุกกลุ่มของ สสวท. และเพื่อการพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน
ในการนี้ สสวท. จึงขอประกาศเจตนารมณ์การส่งเสริมการเป็นองค์กรคุณธรรมและต่อต้านการทุจริตคอร์รัปชัน ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 เพื่อให้ผู้บริหารและบุคลากรของ สสวท. ใช้เป็นแนวทางในการประพฤติปฏิบัติอย่างเคร่งครัด ดังต่อไปนี้
- 1.พอเพียง : ดำเนินชีวิตแบบทางสายกลาง มีเหตุมีผล ใช้ความรู้ในการตัดสินใจอย่างรอบคอบ มีความพอประมาณ พอดี ไม่เบียดเบียนตนเอง สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อม ไม่ประมาท สร้างภูมิคุ้มกันที่ดี รู้เท่าทันการเปลี่ยนแปลง
- 2.วินัย : มีวินัยต่อตนเอง องค์กร สังคม และปฏิบัติตามจริยธรรม รับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ รวมถึงผลที่เกิดขึ้นจากการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ของตน
- 3.สุจริต : ยึดมั่นในความซื่อสัตย์ สุจริต ยืนหยัดในการรักษาความจริง ความถูกต้องความเป็นธรรม ปฏิเสธการกระทำที่ไม่ซื่อสัตย์ ไม่สุจริตของบุคคลอื่นที่จะทำให้ส่วนรวมเกิดความเสียหาย
- 4.จิตอาสา : ใส่ใจต่อสังคม สาธารณะ และอาสาทำความดีเพื่อประโยชน์ของสังคมและประเทศชาติ โดยมิได้หวังผลตอบแทน
- 5.กตัญญู : สำนึกรู้คุณและแสดงออกถึงความกตัญญูต่อแผ่นดิน สถาบันองค์กร บนหลักพื้นฐานของความถูกต้องดีงาม

Notification of The Institute for the Promotion of Teaching Science and TechnologyOn Intention for the Promotion of an Organization with Morality and Anti-CorruptionFor Fiscal Year 2025
As a government agency that values the prevention and suppression of corruption, The Institute for the Promotion of Teaching Science and Technology (IPST) performs its duties with honesty, transparency, and good governance by following the principles of Corporate Governance and encouraging its executives and personnel to perform their duties with morality. IPST executives and personnel shall not be involved in a conflict of interest and exploit power of their positions for any person’s advantage. They shall not ignore any actions that may be considered corruption or misconduct; they shall cooperate in providing information or investigating facts and stand against any forms of corruption in order to gain trust from all stakeholders of IPST and to promote sustainable corporate development.
IPST hereby notifies its intention for the promotion of an organization with morality and anti-corruption for fiscal year 2025 to its executives and personnel with the following principles.
- 1.Sufficiency: living by the Middle Way; being reasonable; applying knowledgeto decision-making; adhering to sufficiency; not encroaching on oneself, societyand the environment; not being careless; building resilience and awareness ofchange
- 2.Discipline: being disciplined towards oneself, organization and society; adheringto ethics; being responsible for one’s duties and the results of duties
- 3.Honesty: adhering to honesty and integrity; standing for truth, justice andfairness; rejecting dishonest actions of others that may cause damage to thepublic
- 4.Volunteering: caring for society and the public and volunteering to do gooddeeds for the benefit of society and the country without expecting anything inreturn
- 5.Gratitude: recognizing and expressing gratitude to the country and organizationon the basis of righteousness
